Two resorts for Stewart Enterprises in Florida are looking to fill year-round maintenance and office positions. One is located in Pensacola, and one is located on Okeechobee Lake.
Compensation for these positions is a FHU site with 50 amp service, electric allowance and laundry quarters each month, two week vacation after one year, use of all park amenities and activities, along with a monthly stipend based on experience. These are paid on a 1099 basis. The position located on Okeechobee Lake also offers 60lbs of propane each winter season and a storage spot if needed.
Responsibilities
The maintenance positions require basic plumbing, electric, pool maintenance, landscaping and other duties as requested. The office positions require being able to multi-task with duties such as phone calls, customer service, reservations, money handling, Campground Master a plus but not required and other duties as requested.
The position in Pensacola is looking for a management couple. One person to work the office/housekeeping duties and one person to work the maintenance duties. 1099 salary will be discussed at interview.
